Vietnamese paperwork check
You have a document in Vietnamese and need to know what it actually says before you sign, pay or reply. The editor of Da Nang Oi reads the original and answers in plain English: what the document says, what is missing, and which points to ask about.

Typical fee: from 500,000 VND per document, quoted before any work starts.
What it is — and is not
A reading-and-explaining service. For example:
- A rental lease or deposit agreement from a landlord
- A quote or contract from a visa agent
- A notice from your landlord or building management
- An administrative letter or form you have been handed
It is not:
- Legal advice. The editor is not a lawyer and does not tell you what your legal position is.
- A visa agent. Nothing is filed, submitted or collected on your behalf.
- A certified or notarised translation. The answer cannot be used as an official translation.
How it works
- Email the type of document, the number of pages and your deadline. Do not attach the document yet.
- Within 2 working days you get a reply: whether the check can be taken on, and a fixed price.
- Only if you agree to that price do you send the document. Nothing is charged before that.
- You get a written answer in English: what the document says, what is missing, what to ask before signing.
Your documents
A document you send is used only to answer your request, is deleted once the answer is sent, and is not shared with anyone. See the privacy page.
Limits
- No court, criminal or police-case files.
- No guarantee of any outcome with a government office, landlord or agent. The answer explains the document; what others decide is up to them.
- For anything with legal consequences you are unsure about, talk to a licensed lawyer.
