Vietnamese Course for Foreigners in Da Nang: UED Fee (2026)

University of Science and Education – The University of Danang runs a 460-hour Vietnamese course for foreigners in Da Nang, A1 to B2 or higher. It costs 1,380 USD, including study materials but not the visa fee. Its 960-hour Vietnamese Preparatory Program for 2025–2026 cost 960 USD on the same terms.

University of Science and Education – The University of Danang (UED) publishes a fee for its Vietnamese Language Courses. The course runs 460 hours over 2 semesters, from level A1 up to B2 or higher, as announced June 29, 2026. It costs 1,380 USD per course, including study materials but not the visa fee.

UED also runs a longer Vietnamese Preparatory Program; its admission notice for the 2025–2026 academic year was posted September 4, 2025. It runs 960 hours, covering Vietnamese language from A1 to B2 or higher plus Vietnamese for specific purposes and career-orientation activities. The fee is 960 USD per course, also including study materials but not the visa fee.

2026 intake dates

The Vietnamese Language Courses run four intakes a year.

How many students take the course

UED says it welcomes about 200 international students a year from 22 countries into its Vietnamese-language programs. Its fourth Vietnamese-for-Communication intake of 2025 enrolled 15 participants from 11 countries, including the United States, South Korea, China, Switzerland, Finland, Germany and Türkiye.

How to apply

Applicants for the Vietnamese Language Courses need:

• a completed application form
• a high school diploma or higher degree
• a recent medical certificate
• valid health insurance
• proof of financial support with a minimum balance of 2,000 USD
• a copy of a passport valid for at least one year
• two passport-sized photos (4×6 cm, white background)

Not confirmed: UED's course pages do not name a certificate for either the Vietnamese Language Courses or the Vietnamese Preparatory Program. The Preparatory Program's admission page states the academic year, without the fixed deadlines the Language Courses publish. University of Foreign Language Studies – Da Nang University's Vietnamese-for-foreigners course pages were unreachable when checked. No Da Nang-based private language centre checked publishes a fixed course fee on its own site; each takes enquiries by phone or messaging app.
